Mr. Vincent Aziati
Vincent Aziati is the CEO and Head design and innovations Director of Phronesis + Create, He has over a decade years of industry experience in large scale projects and have clientele base mainly in the Real Estate and Construction Industries, Health and Sports and Hospitality industries He is an ambitious, creative and experienced professional with strong communication and design skills.gWith years of involvement in managing and building client relationships he is able to assist and handle multiple projects, while meeting project deadlines.
Vincent Aziati oversees Phronesis + Create design projects from the client briefing process, design conceptualization, planning stage, right through to building and installation of design ideas on site.It’s his responsibility to ensure projects are completed on time no matter the challenges that crops up.He holds a BSc Architecture degree in Architecture and Settlement Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)

Drafting technician
Is a skilled technician with over 25 years of experience and is responsible for translating the visions of architects and engineers into detailed technical drawings and plans
At Phronesis + Create his roles include creating accurate drawings, blueprints, and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional drafting techniques.
He has a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. He possess the craft of paying Attention to detail, precision, and proficiency in drafting tools
He communicates effectively and collaborates with other professionals to complete projects within schedules.
He has worked closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders over the years to ensure designs meet specifications and requirements.
